I am reporting that the person in the title is a troll. He/she has posted multiple OPs that are obviously troll pieces. We have tried to engage him/her with no response.

Perhaps take care of the person, but leave the OPs? They seem to be garnering some genuine correspondence, even if the OP themselves does not reply.
