British-Nigerian Michael Adebolajo, a.k.a. Mujaahid Abu Hamza, 28, admitted to the murder of Fusilier Lee Rigby on May 22, in Woolwich, south-east London, but claimed it was not murder. He described it as a “military operation” because “this is a war.” Adebolajo and his accomplice Michael Adebowale, 22, struck down Rigby with their car before murdering him with knives and a meat-cleaver. They are also charged with an attempt and conspiracy to murder police officers, which both of them deny. The two men spoke in court, where jurors were also shown a video of Adebolajo being interrogated by police. When asked what his defence to the charges was, he said “I am a soldier of Allah.”
Adebolajo: “Real Success Is.. If You Make It To Paradise, Because Then You Can Relax.”
In court statements, Adebolajo recounted that he was a devout Christian along with the rest of his family until his conversion to Islam during his first year at Greenwich University. He claimed to have several white, non-Muslim friends at the time, but said now “my religion is everything.” When he was first produced before a court on June 3rd to be officially charged with the murder, Adebolajo entered clutching a Qur'an in his hand, which he kissed and raised in court.
Amidst questions about the planning and undertaking of the crime, Adebolajo claimed the attack on Rigby was not pre-planned, stating "it just so happened that Allah caused him to cross in front of my car." He recounted praying “To be 100%. I don't believe there's a way to know 100% that was a soldier, however there were some steps that we took. For example, before we started out on that day and the night previous to that I started worshipping Allah and begging him that... We strike a soldier and a soldier only.”
Fusilier Rigby was identified as a soldier due to his camouflage backpack. He was considered a fair target because the Adebolajo considered him a “non-Muslim version of myself.” Adebolajo described the killing in gruesome detail, including an attempt to decapitate Rigby, but said he first decided to kill Rigby right away cutting his jugular vein: "Why make it prolonged? He is a man. He may be my enemy but he is a man so I struck at the neck and attempted to remove his head. And that is how Lee Rigby died."
He reiterated that he was a “soldier” and explained: "I understand that some people might not recognise this because we do not wear fatigues and we do not go to the Brecon Beacons and train and this sort of thing. But we are still soldiers in the sight of Allah as a mujahid.” Earlier, he had spoken of a “war between the Muslims and the British people.”
During the recorded sessions of questioning, Adebolajo angrily claimed he was “sickened” at his questioners for not posing such questions as would “benefit Lee Rigby's family and ensure the safety of the British people.” He blamed the British government for being “corrupt” and for involving itself in the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
No Refusing To Do Jihad & No Regrets
Adebolajo had attended a number of rallies and demonstrations led by the now-banned Islamist organisation, Al-Muhajiroun, headed by rabidly Islamist preacher Anjem Choudhary. He served 51 days in prison for attacking a police officer during a 2006 rally. Police had also found Islamist literature and speeches by deceased Al-Qaeda operative Anwar al-Awlaki. Adebolajo claimed to love the Al-Qaeda terrorist network: “Al-Qaeda I consider to be Mujahideen. I love them, they're my brothers. I have never met them. I consider them my brothers in Islam.”
Adebolajo claimed if he had refused to do jihad, he would have been cast “into hellfire.”
Forensic psychiatrist Tim McInerny, who was brought by the court as a consultant on the case, had a statement read on his behalf where he testified that Adebolajo “showed no signs of regret or remorse” for his crimes, and said he would be a “continuing risk to the British military.”
Adebolajo told the court: “I will never regret obeying the command of Allah so that’s all I can say. I’m a mujahid, I’m a soldier: I do what Allah commands me to do. I can’t do anything else.”

There is indeed a war taking place, but it is a war of attrition waged by fundamentalist Muslims against the entire rest of the world. These monsters have employed a "scorched earth policy" of murdering innocent people in hopes of terrorizing the entire world into submission.
You can use the "No True Scotsman" fallacy all you want, but the truth is these men are just doing what your damn book tells them to do.
