Megan Fox, a mother of two who loves Jesus and America but hates evolution, went on a trip to Chicago’s Field Museum on November 23 to prove all the bias that there is against creationism. Fox describes herself as a Tea Partying, homeschooling conservative and she owns a Youtube Channel that is predominantly dedicated to exposing rebellious elements included in teen literature and children’s books.
Clearly, she was disappointed with what she found at the museum, as she has made evidently clear in the description of the video of her tour:
“In November 2014, Megan Fox toured the Field Museum’s ‘Evolving Earth’ exhibit to audit it for bias. She found many examples of inconsistencies and the Field Museum’s insistence that people support opinion as fact without proof. The Field Museum pushes certain theories as if they are absolute proven law when that is not how the scientific method works. She found enough bias to show that the people who put this exhibit together at the Field Museum pushed an agenda with quasi-religious overtones: the cult of “science” where the ‘scientists’ are more like high priests pushing a religion instead of using the correct scientific method. Aside from having time machines, there is no way these people can be this certain about things they speculate happened millions of years ago before recorded history.”
For those who are interested, here is the video, which is 30 minutes long but rather amusing, especially if you are one that enjoys the eccentricities frequently displayed by creationists:
As seen in the video, Fox, like most other creationists, is infuriated with the idea that the Field Museum does not offer her all the facts and evidence that she needs to reach her own conclusion about the way in which the world was formed. Additionally, she is angry about her personal opinions not being considered as valid as those of scientists’ who have dedicated their lives to studying science and understanding evolution.
