Science and religion have always been on paths that lead in opposite directions. The more science advances, the fewer answers religion can provide. The more wrong answers religion has to explain, justify, or vehemently defend, the more ridiculous and laughed at, religion becomes. Religion, like any lie or propaganda, has always been more effective in the dark, than in the light.

I believe the internet and the free exchange of ideas from people worldwide has, and will continue to have, a lot to do with major changes. Hopefully, someday, all those who would lie to us to control or rob us, will become nothing more than impotent annoyances.
